The
Loan Debt Summary application allows you to view your cumulative
educational loan debt currently on record at the Penn State Office of
Student Aid. It provides a listing of each loan program from which you
have borrowed with the total disbursed and pending loan amounts.
Important! This information may not be all-inclusive and does not include:
consolidated loan information
non-school certified loans (i.e., loans disbursed directly to you from the lender)
school-based or private alternative loans through another school(s)
Federal Parent PLUS Loans
any accumulated interest*
Information on federal student loans
used to compile this summary comes from the National Student Loan Data
System (NSLDS). NSLDS data is reported by the loan servicer(s) responsible for your loan(s), and is updated on a periodic basis. Access the NSLDS Web site
to review your federal loan information. However, keep in mind that
information you receive directly from your loan servicer is often more
up-to-date than information from NSLDS. When in doubt, contact your
loan servicer(s) directly. NSLDS does not include information on
university or private alternative loans.
Information seen below is current as of
August 21, 2009 . You can view your loan borrowing by academic year on

alternative loans while you are in school. For the most up-to-date
interest rate information, contact your loan servicer(s).
