Introduction The
online Loan Exit Interview Application allows you to fulfill the
requirements set by federal regulations and University policy by
completing student Loan Exit Interview online. It is designed to ensure
that you fully understand your rights and obligations as a student loan
borrower. If a Loan Exit Interview is not completed for your Federal
Perkins/University Loan or Primary Care Student Loan, registration and
transcript holds will be placed on your academic records. |

Before beginning the Loan Exit Interview, you will need to have the following information available:
- Your anticipated address, e-mail address, and phone number
- Your driver's license (if you have one)
- Full name/address/phone of your spouse, if applicable
- Full name/address/phone of your parent(s), if applicable
- Full name/address/phone of two other adults (not residing with you or your parents).

- Terms and Conditions/Promissory Notes
- Staying in Touch
- Personal information
- References
- Frequently Asked Questions, including information on the following topics:
- Quiz
Note:
Due to the confidential nature of the information reviewed in the
following Loan Exit Interview, your computer should not be left
unattended during the session. The Loan Exit Interview will take
approximately 30 minutes to complete and must be completed in one
session. You cannot spend more than 10 minutes on any one page without
proceeding or your session will time out.

After successful completion of this counseling session, you will be
directed to a confirmation page and have an opportunity to print the

Penn State may withhold diplomas, transcripts, and/or future
registration if you do not complete the Loan Exit Interview.
