Penn State requires all degree-seeking students born after 1956 to be immunized against measles, mumps, and rubella and to submit this information via a secure Web site. Students born before 1957 are considered immune and are exempt from the MMR immunization requirement. All students are also encouraged to complete an online Health History form.
In addition, all Penn State students residing in on-campus housing, including all residence halls and apartments, are required by state law to submit a Meningococcal Vaccination Certification form online. The form must be completed prior to check-in.
