Act 48 Reporting | Help

The Act 48 Reporting application is available to Pennsylvania educators who want to report their Penn State courses to the Pennsylvania Department of Education in compliance with Act 48 requirements. The guidelines for educators to report course information to the Pennsylvania Department of Education are as follows:

  • Upon successful completion of your Penn State credit or non-credit program, you will need to use this application to initiate the Act 48 reporting request by identifying the course(s) that you want Penn State to report to the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
  • When you have finished the course selection, a confirmation message will be displayed in your Web browser. Please print a copy for your records.
  • Penn State will report the required information on your behalf directly to the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
  • The status columns will indicate the current status (Requested or Reported) and the reporting date for the respective course.
